We created Southern Roots Rentals & Sales LLC to continue nurturing the relationships we built over the past 20 years. Drawing on long-standing partnerships across the local market, we designed a full-service brokerage that prioritizes transparency, clarity, and professional guidance. Our approach streamlines the shift from homeowner to landlord by managing leasing, tenant relations, property listings, and ongoing rental property management with care and consistency.

With over 20 years of experience as an Onslow County Realtor, along with an additional 7 years in various real estate administrative roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and valuable insight to our team. Her commitment to exceptional customer service truly sets her apart. Sherry is passionate about forming long-lasting bonds and guiding clients through every step of the process, whether that’s buying, selling, or investing, ensuring each experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Property Manager & Head of Marketing
Diana’s deep roots in Onslow County and more than 14 years of real estate experience give her a notable advantage, which she puts to work for her clients. She offers a unique understanding of the local market paired with a highly personalized approach, which leads her clients to success no matter what the end goal may be. Her background in a military family, along with her role as a mother, has shaped her commitment to integrity, discretion, and exceptional service. Known for her eye for detail and client-first mindset, Diana delivers a seamless and elevated experience for all her clients. Outside of real estate, she enjoys the tranquility of gardening, tending to her farm, and spending time with her dog. Bringing the same appreciation for quality and care into every aspect of her life.
