The buyer will conduct a final walk-through to verify the property’s condition matches the Purchase Agreement and that no items were left behind.

At closing, you, the buyer, and the closing agent sign settlement documents. If you cannot attend, arrangements can be made in advance. Proceeds can be wired to your bank or issued by check. Provide keys and any pertinent property information to the buyer at closing. Once signed, the property is officially sold.
